If I could leave negatives I would! They were with my car for 6+months picked it up”ready” it was definitely not done correctly, had to return 3 times to now realize that they returned my car with scratches and dents, they switched out my headlights to old ones i had just purchased mine new, also the calibers and switched things inside things with old parts that don’t work! Worst service

I recommend this place to anyone . I’m very picky on mechanics and only go to one specific but my primary mechanic told me he didn’t work on transmissions. I was really going to go to EC transmissions on mccombs but mechanic stopped answering the phone and had quoted me 1900. I then found this place and spoke to pablo over the phone. He was very nice and informative over the phone and when he quoted me $1500 if I needed a transmission rebuilt (which I knew I most likely was gonna need) I took my truck to him the very next day. Pablo and his team finished my truck in less than a week (4 days to be exact) . My truck is a Chevy avalanche 2006 and feels great and for the price it feels amazing. I Will recommend this place for transmission work to anyone in the future. He even said to bring it back in 2 weeks to check For any leaks etc.

Pablo has always done great work for me, good price and excellent service with warranty on my transmission. When others fail to diagnose or find the problem, Pablo found it and fixed it. Highly recommended.

Had a 700R4 trans rebuilt for a Chevy truck. These guys went above and beyond . Did extra work that was needed to make the job right that I had no idea was required. I trust this shop and will call them first when I need work done. Update. My 700r4 is still going strong and I am putting way more power through it now. These guys also did a clutch for my C5 corvette Z06, for half of the next best estimate in price. Best transmission shop in town.

Don’t know where to begin. I got recommendations for this place and it was the worst service I ever received. To begin, my transmission needed repairs so the guy did a tune up on it and charged me $150, and still remained bad and took it back to him, and ended up holding my car for a week. After a week, the guy finally told to put a whole new transmission on my car and charged me $1200. I told him that I didn’t live in El Paso and that I would need to leave soon and drive the car back on the road to go back to Dallas, I asked him if there was a warranty or guarantee and he said he would give me a 1 year guarantee. I drove back to Dallas and before entering Fort Worth, the transmission failed and had to call a tow truck to take me the rest of the way home. I soon called him and told him and would not follow up on his word of his guarantee and sent me on a wild goose chase to call him and help me find someone and would not send me back my money I gave him. In the end the mechanic acted rude and inappropriate to me and sent me only $1000... and in the end had to spend MORE money to find someone else to help me fix this issue. I don’t recommend this place to anyone, they’re just thieve
